This website is operated by Thompson & Son Construction, a family owned remodeling and custom deck company located at 622 Columbia Ave, Union Beach, NJ 07735, serving homeowners across Monmouth County. This page explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.

The only personal information we collect is what you type into a contact or estimate form on this site. That can include your name, email address, phone number, project location or zip code, the service you are asking about, your timeline and budget range, and any project details you write in the message box. We do not ask for payment information on this website.

We use that information for one purpose, which is to respond to your request and talk with you about your project. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. We only share it with service providers we need to get your request to us and follow up with you: the email service that delivers form submissions and sends you a confirmation email, and the customer follow up system we use to reply by phone or text. Those providers may only use it to perform that job for us.

We keep submissions for as long as we need them to follow up and to keep a record of work we quoted. This site does not use advertising trackers, and we do not ask for payment information online. If we ever change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page.
